Got word thru EHS email. Blessing to family in your loss. Was in school with Roger at Longfellow JHS in Enid, not sure when Roger left Enid. We were not BFF but remember him as a likeable guy. Noticed that a grandchild shares my names of "Charles Richard." While memory is from long ago [Roger did not have white hair or a beard at LJHS] it is good to learn of the value and quality of life he grew into. Chuck Lewis Louisville, KY

Roger was a great guy I remember as we were growing Lucy and I were cheerleaders with the rec department and john played football I remember Roger being at every single practice, game, cheerleading competition we had John I am sorry for your loss and yours to Lucy

I will never forget the kindness that Roger showed me, my husband and my sister when we were on the way to Rock Hill to see my brother. He took the time to cook a great meal for us, people he had never met before, as well as, being a wonderful host. I also remember what love and compassion he had for his entire family. Words cannot express my sorrow at this sad time for each of you. Love, Eaddie Murray Fail
