I had the pleasure of working with Josey for several years. She was a lovely person, always upbeat and with a ready smile, never a harsh word. Saddened to hear of her far too early loss. My condolences to Kyle and family.

Josey, your passing has been felt by so many and I, among them, grieve. And yet, when I think of you, I smile. I remember a poem I heard once:
“The time has come for us to part
And I must say adieu, my friend
But though your ship sails from my sight,
It does not mean the journey ends.
It only means the river bends.”
Ora pro nobis!

I can still recal the first time I met Josey as if it was yesterday and knew from first sight she was someone special. That was in late August 1980 as Josey joined the Lower Sixth of The Grange Secondary School , Aylesbury , Bucks , England, in my eyes and heart she was and always will be America's first Princess. I was a clumsy adolescent and pursued her relentlessly, her grace at accepting me as a friend was so wise. I cannot tell you Josey how valued a friend you have been , though I hope over the years you have sort of realised. You left me a parting gift the day before you returned to the US , a small booklet called " Thank you for being my Friend " on its closing page ,you write " Paul , I tried to write you a poem , but succeeded only in wasting a lot of paper , I have always considered myself a writer and words seem to come easily to me , but this time the flow stopped and I couldn't write anything ....."
I don't think I have the words either
My thoughts and prayers are with all your family , eternal luv n hugs Paul

Josey was a ray of sunshine, aways smiling, always laughing. Her laughs were contagious!!!!! She always made the best out of everything in life!!!! I know shes still smiling. I will cherish the memories and I pray for Kyle, Sarah, Katelyn , and all of Joseys family and friends that they may find comfort and peace knowing that she impacted so many lives.

Josey, loved her life, family & friends, always smiling, enthusiastic & full of life, always positive - even when seriously ill. That's how we'll remember her. Heaven is certainly going to be a much noisier & lively place. To everyone, just remember all the good times, mourn her passing & keep her in your hearts & memories. We certainly will. Stay strong. Dave, Donna & John.

Josey always made you feel better if you had a rough day at work. She was an excellent technologist and fun to work with.
Kyle and Josey together were one. Always having some fun and lighthearted. That kind of love is so special.
She will always be with you, Kyle, you have two beautiful daughters. Her light will always shine.
