I have known Cecil for most of my adult life and got to know most of his family, not knowing at the time, that they were related. Cecil always had a good story to tell me, and we shared many laughs from those stories. Of course I always had some stories for him as well. He always wanted to show me photos of his grand children and was extremely proud of them. So even before I ever met any of them, I felt like I knew them already. Cecil was always smiling and I never heard him say anything negative about anyone. What a great legacy to leave behind. My condolences to all the children, grand children and great grand children. He will be missed.
