I was saddened to hear of Tim's passing. I considered him a good friend and he was always willing to listen and give advice when I had questions about knives. We were fellow Knife Collectors and the Knife Community will be a darker place without Tim. He will be sorely missed by many. Rest in Peace my friend.

Tim and I grew up in the same neighborhood and knew each other since we were in kindergarten at Washington Elementary school. We had many good times through the years. Unfortunately we went our separate ways shortly after high school. I got to see Tim at our 40th reunion. Wish I would have made the 50th. Really strikes home hearing of the loss of someone you have known for as long as I did Tim. I will always have nothing but good memories when I think of him. R.I.P. my friend.

My heart is broken..I considered Tim a dear friend and my longtime room mate from the Atlanta Blade show. I lost my son to an OD in June this year. I know that Tim 's son struggled also. I see today he is gone too...

I first met Tim at Washington Elementary when I moved to a new town. He was very friendly right from the start and we were great friends through high school. Tim was my basketball team mate and the starting center on our team that went 20-1. Tim played bass in our orchestra. He was a great guy who always could put smiles on our faces. I’m glad I got to spend some time at our high school reunion.

I met Tim about 30 years ago at the Gator Knife Show in Florida. We both shared a love for old switchblade knives and we both ended up writing books on the subject. We had a lot of great conversations over the years. I can't believe he's gone. I am so sorry for your loss. He is much appreciated for his contributions to the Switchblade World and he will be sorely missed by Many. The world is a slightly darker place without him....

Tim was a wonderful man and was my friend of 40 yrs. I loved both he and Chris and miss them both and think of them everyday. I will always remember Tim as , "The Gentle Giant". A name given to him by his friends many years ago. Tim was a wonderful musician, friend, husband, and father. I send hugs and wishes for peace to all his family and friends. In Love and Light, Cindy
