I am deeply saddened to hear of Bill's passing. Though I only knew him for a relatively short time, it was plenty long enough to know that he was an extremely hard working man who dearly loved his family. He was willing to help people and was very giving. There are many people we come across in this life. For me, Bill was one in a million. There will never be anyone with as much personality, work ethic and character. This world will miss him greatly as will I. Rest in peace Bill and thank you for everything that you did for me and my family.

Ive known Bill for five months, I lived in delaware and was looking for a job in North Carolina. I had 4 interviews planned for the weekend i came down. My first was with Stone Services. I pulled up for my interview and Bill made me feel comfortable from the start. After talking to Bill and Pam, I wasnt going to talk to any one else. Everyday i would drop off my work truck and go inside the office just to talk to Bill. He would always make me laugh, his analogies and one liners were the best! As we would talk he would always wonder how i was doing and how my family was, always showing his true side. Point said, even though ive only known Bill for five months, he was GREAT! Im going to miss the mornings when he would come in and always ask , how youuuuu. Miss u buddy, my thoughts and prayers go out to Stone family. R.I.P. Bill.

The world has lost one it's greats. We will always cherish the times spent with you and your family. From Birthdays to graduations, camping to boating, we feel like we have grown over the years with your family. A man of integrity in business and a true caring person to everyone you met. You didn't know who a stranger was. The world needs more people like you. Our memories will never fade.
