I was Melody's teacher assistant in kindergarten, she was such a sweet child. She had an enormously giving heart and was always picking flowers and presenting them to her teachers and her friends. My heart breaks for her family, they are in my daily prayers.

Im Paige, i was in Melody's kindergarten class. It breaks my heart that this happend. She was so sweet and such a joy to be around. I still have pictures of us in Mrs. Taylor's class. I am a subsitute teacher and had the privilege of having Melody in my classroom this year for 9 weeks. She was a lovely and bright young lady. A joy to have known. My heart broke when I heard the sad news of her passing. Her life was taken to soon. She will be missed by all her classmates and teachers.

I have been Melody's teacher at OHS for the last 2 years. She came to to us very unsure and scared last year. Over the last 13 months she blossomed into a confident and determined student and future Preschool teacher. She always performed her school assignment at an excellent level. She was also our top Apple Wreath Designer. I will miss her smile and creative talent forever! Once my student ...always my family!!!!
