Hello, my name is Marsha C. Fearrington, I am the front desk receptionist for OWASA and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Oleg some 12 years ago since my employment began with OWASA. I am deeply touched and saddened by your loss. It seems only weeks ago that Mr. Oleg came by OWASA with that same wonderful spirit he carried just to drop something by our HR department. He was always, kind, polite and considerate. I knew he was a good man and it was an honor to have known him. It will be difficult at this time of year to say goodbye to him, and every year following but his as long as his memory lives on, so will he also live in our hearts. God bless you. Marsha C.
