Obituary of Idell Collins Fearrington-Holland

Idell Holland born in Hillsborough,N.C. on August 1, 1927 and went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2016. She was predeceased by the love of her life, (Bill) William O. Fearrington, Jr. and her 2nd husband, (Dutch) Ralph D. Holland. Her parents were Clyde Clifton Collins and Belva Grace Boggs. She is survived by her sister Catherine Bolton and predeceased by her siblings Jake C. Collins, Cashe Collins, Lucille Turner, and her step-siblings Robert, Frank, Cash, and Luther Davis. Idell leaves behind her son, (Bob) Robert D. Fearrington, twin girls Donna Ensign and Diane Boyd, two granddaughters Brandi L. Casto and Amy E. Boyd, and three great granddaughters Reina, Rosalyn and Aurora Casto.
Idell grew up on a farm in Efland, N.C. She was Efland School's star basketball player and team captain. Idell and Bill moved to Melbourne, F.L. where they built
their plumbing business and raised their family. Ten years after Bill's passing, Idell married Dutch Holland and joined the Community Church of God.
The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday February 6, 2015 at Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough. Burial will follow in Palmers Grove UMC Cemetery, Hillsborough.
Visitation will be from 12:30 - 1:50 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home.
