It's a ridiculous challenge to say a few words about Don! To say that I never met anyone like Don is not an idle platitude. I know it is a feeling shared by most everyone who knew him. So many stories, so many things he has done in his life, such a deep thinker, challenging me to think and expand my understanding of the world. His ability to sympathize, empathize and talk with anyone about just about anything they were interested in, was extraordinary. He cared deeply about his daughter, Logan. He cared deeply about the future of humankind, the earth and the future for all coming generations. He cared deeply about political and other decisions that have affected us all and will continue to affect our descendents for all time. The numerous TV and documentaries he produced directed and edited, all had a theme it seems to me: "How can I help make things better for everyone?" He produced and did the interviews for innumerable TV interview shows titled, "Who Cares?"
Well I can tell you who cares. Don Cares!
