We will miss Kay as the big sister "mother hen" organizing all of the arms of the family and the extended family and friends and always knowing "the scoop", the address or phone number.......we will miss her kinda crooked mouth and wrinkly eyed smile and whole body laugh and warm and caring heart.... we will miss chantilly potatoes (with more chantilly then potatoes!)...... we are so glad that God welcomes a person who goes barefoot in winter in Connecticut! There has never been a more generous and loving person than Katherine Ann. We have loved her as a cousin and friend and been so blessed to see her more since she and Duane moved to NC. Her humor, devotion to family and friends, expertise with children, enthusiasm for life, and faith are unequaled. God shed his grace and comfort on Duane and the whole family.
