We will surely miss brother Jim, that kind heart, friendly handshake and relaxed laid back personality. The congregation at Pleasant View Assembly of God enjoyed worshipping with him. My words could NEVER describe the love my family and I had for this wonderful, big hearted, dear-precious man. He is a LEGEND...and always will be to US and all who knew him! A man that as he described himself, "knew just enough to make do!" He came as Santa one year to visit my kids, gave me my trigger shot for my fertility round when I chickened out, showed us one of the best ways to catfish at night, took my family on an unforgettable pontoon boat adventure in a cove on Lake Reidsville. So many wonderful memories Jim. I could write a book about you!!! I love you, my family loves you, always have......always and forever will! We all miss you! I love you dear precious "Uncle" Jim.

When Jamie and I were small children, Jamie would visit each other to play. At my parents home on the outskirts of Starke, Florida, we use to go out into the woods to play and explore with my dog sport by ourside. Sport was a dachshund and loved to chase anything that moved including going down animal holes pulling anything out he could find and get ahold of. One trip in the woods sport dove into a hole and pulled out a possum. The possum just laid on his back so Jamie and I though it was dead. We picked it up by its tail put it into a roaster pan we found in the woods brought it home to mom. Of course like young boys do, we brought it to the front door to show mom. My mom freaked that we had been carting this possum around around. She bang on the screen door and to our surprise it jumped up and ran off. Of course I got in a bit of trouble. I have great memories when Jamie and i spent time together as young kids. We did not see each other much as adults. Altough, I am so glad I got to spend some time with Jamie and Wanda when his dad Uncle Bobbie was very ill. I will cherish that brief time we were able to get together and my heart is sadden by his passing. He is in God's hands with his dad, Sue, Bobby and all of our wonderful uncles and aunts we so dearly miss. I love you Jamie and I will always remember the fun we had as children. My heart goes out to Wanda and your family. God bless, our prayers and thoughts are with you, Jamie and your family. You will be missed Jamie. Your beloved cousin Robert Penoyer.
