Since 2007 I married into the Law family, I started to know dad - Reed Gwillim Law Jr. being the gentleman among gentlemen. As a daughter in law, I witnessed his love for Christ - keeping Sundays as a day of worship and rest was consistent throughout the days I knew him. He was highly disciplined with morning devotions, daily companionship to his wife and children. He was tender and knowledgeable - he kept people's needs in his heart and quietly provide what he could be of help, he answered each question from his family in width and depth within his capacity which was gigantic. He loved his mother - grandma Jean and brother - uncle Steven, gently and deeply. His last words to my husband, his beloved first born son, was, "Be a Godly man." I mourn over our loss, but celebrate his victory and reunion with our Creator. I rejoice for him that the pains and sufferings of this world could no longer grip him due to his salvation in Christ!

In 2002 I was at the Spartanburg County Public Libraries in Spartanburg, South Carolina when I first went on the internet and that's how I know Gwillim Law with his on-line telephone book collection and I started buying old telephone books from him during the past 14 years. Gwillim and I become best friends on-line when I buy old telephone books from him and I was one of his on-line customers and he will be missed.

Gwil was a fine mans and one of the pioneers of our group at Measurement Incorporated. His work was instrumental in bringing us to world prominence. But what I will remember most was his sense of humor and gentle soul.

I believe that I knew Gwil when he was six years old he lived for a short time in Forrestville Connecticut he was very smart he would beat me in chess all the time he went to first grade and took third grade English and fourth grade spelling He was a very genuine person I wish that I discovered this site before His death last year
