It is with much sorrow that I share with you this note. Penny was one of my favorite people. Her attitude, hard work, and her kindness to others, made everyday I had her in class special for me and all of her classmates. Then to see her as a mother and a member of her community was such a joy. She never failed to stop what ever she was doing and come and greet me, and visit awhile. I know how proud she was of her children and how much they are like her, Heaven is now just a little different, because I know she went right to work when she arrived. You have my prayers.
