Obituary of Eric Dana Gibson

Eric Dana Gibson died unexpectedly on October 12, 2017 in Chapel Hill. Eric was born in 1963 to the late Col. Baylor Price Gibson, Jr., and Margaret Montgomery Gibson. He received his BA in Teaching and his Masters in History from Northwestern University. Shortly after he completed his education, he became disabled. He has a passion for Art and History, and had resided in Chapel Hill for many years. Eric is survived by his brothers, Baylor Price Gibson, III, and his wife, Linda, of La Crescenta, CA, Dr. Clayton D. Gibson, and his wife, Lisa, of Coshocton, OH, Scott Montgomery Gibson, of Texas, Dr. Alexander O'Connor Gibson, and his wife, Teresa, of Ann Arbor, MI; nieces and nephews, Dr. William Tyler Gibson, of Pasadena, CA, Susan Gibson Hill, and her husband, Chandler, of Cincinnati, OH, Margaret Jane Gibson, of Columbus, OH, Sarah Gibson Cortes, and her husband, Anthony, of La Crescenta, CA, Elizabeth Gibson Gardner, and her husband, Jonathan, of Duarte, CA, Corine Margaret Gibson of Ann Arbor, MI; and great nephew, Elijah Gardner. Funeral services are incomplete at this time. A full obituary will be posted as soon as it has been finalized.
