It was with deep sadness when I heard of Marty's passing, I truly enjoyed the time I was able to spend with him at the Durham County Wildlife Club.He will be dearly missed by many. Rest in peace my friend. Robert Pope DCWC Member

Everyone who knew Marty at Durham County Wildlife Club will dearly miss him. Marty was the kind of guy you always wanted to see and talk to. He loved shooting his shotgun, smoking his cigars and talking with his fellow shooters. Like most of us, he had lots of stories and jokes to tell. Whenever I saw Marty at the club, I would go to him and give him a big hug, because a handshake just wasn't good enough.....Mike Chaconas
