Ms. Potter, Anna, Julia and Suzanne, I will always have the fondest of memories from the many times you and John opened your home to Anna and Jamey's crazy friends. John was always so excited to spend time with us... to share his food, wine, house and perspectives with us...and to play games or party with us. In short, he simply loved life and genuinely enjoyed being with people. I hope you can gain strength at this sad time remembering the wonderful fun days of yesteryear and can find solace knowing his suffering has finally ended. I have so many fun and wonderful memories of your dad. Mostly at the house in Princeton. Remember when the ballet troup came for dinner? Dancing to Abba and singing at the tops of our lungs? How about the Thanksgiving dinner with the Gables? Why did we have fortunes across our foreheads? I'll always remember your dad's gift for fabulous wine. I miss you all and think of you often. So sad to say goodbye to T. John.
