Barbara I just saw this. So sorry for your loss. Your Mother was one of my most favorite residents at Carol Woods. I think she and I shared a special relationship and I will always cherish that. I also enjoyed talking with you when you came to visit. I have been retired for 2yrs. but like to keep up with what's going on at Carol Woods.I will keep you in my thoughts and prayere. Take care. We will so very much miss our dear Aunt. Her visits to Michigan were such a blessing to my sister and brother and I. And I remember especially the time she spent with our mother at our beach house up north. She also blessed our daughter Meredith's wedding to Ryan in 2013. But I most fondly remember the visit I had with her in NC a few years ago, going out to lunch and then a walk in the Old Chapel Hill cemetery to visit our uncle's grave. Our deepest sympathies to you, Barb and Byron, and the staff at Carol Woods. Love, your cousin, Tom.

I am so grateful for the joy she exuded whenever around her whether she knew you well or knew little. Her spirit lives on in all those she knew. Peggy's grace, warmth, and kindness do also live on through her extraordinary daughter for whom I deeply respect.

Barbara, we sincerely thank you for bringing us the gift of Peggy into our lives. She was truly a most remarkable woman. We treasure times spent at the Allentown Art Fest, the Canadian Lake Erie Shore and at various venues across the country !! Her lovely smile, genuine manner and quick wit were ever present.
