It's Melissa (Nikki's friend and your former Eurosport co-worker). I tried tracking you down after she passed, but to no avail. You know she loved you so much. You were so special to her, and i know she was the same to you. I remember how close you two were, and i immediately thought, 'Who is going to tell Bill?' I hope you are doing okay, man. I know this must have been so hard for you.

Dearest Nicole,
I think about you all the time. I am so sorry we drifted apart, I know it was my fault and not yours. I always thought we would reconnect, but we never did. I know if I would have just picked up the phone that you would have been there, we would have resolved silly problems from the past, and things would be (almost) like they were before. I love you. I miss you. I hurt for Judy and Amanda. I hurt for Mike. You will always be a huge part of my life, and in my heart we will always be, "barefoot girls dancing in the moonlight." I will miss you every day of my life.

My daughter Carmen and Nikki were best friends for many years they grew up together attended the same day care and stayed with a lady in her home. I remember her sweet smiles and laughs when she was a little girl. Judy may you find peace. I know this is hard for you I can't imagine how you feel. The last time I saw Nikki she came to my house and picked up a futon I was giving away. I was so happy to see her she had grown up to be a beautiful women. Hi guys. This is Carmen Salguero Hutchins. I was looking online trying to get in touch with Nikki. I just saw that she passed away. I am so sorry to hear this. Judy and Mandy, I am not sure if you remember me, but Nikki and I were preschool and school aged friends together. We lost touch in high school. I would love to know more about what happened. Please know that you are in my prayers. I know it's been over two years, though in some ways it must feel like it was yesterday.

Hi Mandy & Judy,
I was deeply saddened to find out that Nicole has passed on. I can honestly say that in all of my years, she was without question the sweetest person I have ever met. She was the definition of free spirit. No doubt she is missed by numerous people, as she was liked by everyone. I hope the pain of her loss eases, but I know it will never go completely away. I am proud to have known her as a close friend for a time, and feel that I am a better person, from having known her.

Dolly, it's so good to hear from you. I know it has been many years, but I do remember you quite fondly. Yes, I used to bring my girls with me when I came in on weekends. I know Nikki still remembered those times, too, as sometimes she would talk about it when we started going down memory lane. Memories are all I have to sustain me, now, as my beautiful Nikki is gone. It is still so hard to grasp that I will never see her lovely smile and get one of her sweet hugs. Mandy and I have been doing our best to hold each other up. My girls have always had a very strong bond and this is very hard for her, too. Thank you for your prayers.

Nicole was a very sweet girl. I worked with her in the Call Center the first year or so that she was employed by Sports Endeavors. She was smart, easy going and a just simply a lovely person. I am happy that I was able to know her for the number of years that I have and it saddens me that she is no longer with us. May you rest in peace, Nicole.

Nicole had the most gorgeous smile of anyone I have ever met in my life, she was fun to talk to and work with. I remember how I used to spell her name "nichole" in emails and how she would never correct me but rather spell my name "douhglas" in her responses.
I also remember the time, she hurt her ankle (she fell while carrying stuff for her beauty business) and told me that she had an accident skateboarding, the funny thing was that I believed her (honestly it was probably her smile that caused me to believe her ....)
She was an awesome person and will be truly missed
