Obituary of Jean Bivins Smith

HILLSBOROUGH - Pamela Jean Bivins Smith, 61, of Efland died in her home Monday, June 25, 2012. She was a hard working and compassionate person. She was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Smith, three sons: John W. "Bill" Smith (Tracy),Efland, Scott E. Smith, Efland, and Brian Jennings Smith (Bridgette), Hillsborough, three brothers: David Bivins (Karen), Apex, Robert Bivins, Asheville, and Thomas Bivins, Hillsborough, two sisters: Lori Jones, Charlotte, and Amy Edwards, Mebane, and grandchildren: Christopher "Kyle" Smith, Nathaniel "Graham" Smith, Caitlyn Smith, Jacob Smith, Tori Smith, Rory Smith, Nichole Smith, and Cheyanna Smith. Preceded in death was granddaughter, Breanna Smith. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Thursday in Cross Roads Baptist Church by Pastor Bruce A. Brown. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
