Obituary of Norma Brandon

CARRBORO -- Mrs. Norma Hearn Brandon of Carrboro passed away on November 5,2013 at White Oaks of Lanier in Cumming, Ga where she resided with her daughter. Mrs. Brandon was a native of Carrboro where she spent the majority of her life. She was a graduate of Watts School of Nursing and an active charter member of Carrboro United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter Betsy Holden Sellars, and three grandchildren, Alane Marks, Clark Holden and Carson Holden. Norma loved life and her family and will be most remembered for her kind spirit, and loving positive attitude. She found the good in all people. A service will be held November 9, at Carrboro United Methodist Church at 11:AM Reception to follow the service in the Fellowship Hall. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 at Westwood Cemetery in Carrboro for those who wish to attend.
