OMG. I just knew that, I am really so sorry for Daly and his son, I met Amos in 2015 I was living with him and his wife Daly (my mom) for about a year when I was learning English language in San Diego , He was very kind person. After that year I came back to my home country and I lost contacts numbers in my phone and today when I planing to finish my MBA next semester I decided to search for him in Internet to say hi to him and invite him and Daly for my graduation but I found this bad news. RIP Amos Jessup

Knew Amos during his late HS days, in Wilton CT. Amos, along with Dari and Jon would come down to PA frequent weekends. We once held a full house SNCC benefit in an old one room school house. They also played for very first elementary school class. Such fun was had, sigh. Blessed be, Amos.

Amos added so much to every folk retreat Getaway weekend of the Folklore Society of Greater Washington. I will miss him at the 2019 Getaway and every year thereafter. Every condolence to Daly and all Amos's family!
