Obituary of Donald Bryan Faucette

Donald (Don) Bryan Faucette (8/21/1931 – 5/29/2018) from Mebane, son of the late Lacy and Frances Faucette died peacefully at the Brookdale Memory Care Home in Burlington, NC.

Survived by his wife Peggy Stout Faucette; son Philip Faucette (Jane); daughter Melody Faucette Woodall (Craig); and daughter Jennifer Faucette; grandchildren Jordan Faucette, Jacob Faucette, Christian Woodall, and McKenzie Woodall; great-grandson Weston Faucette.

Don retired from Western Electric/AT&T with 42 years of service, was a member of the Mebane Presbyterian Church since his birth, and a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shrine Club. His greatest joys were golfing, helping maintain the church buildings, and transporting children to the Shriner’s Hospital in S.C.

A funeral service was held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Walker's Funeral Home, 304 W. Center St. Mebane, NC 27302. Officiating was Dr. Jeff Smith and Rev. David Winstead. Burial with Masonic rites followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane
