Obituary of William D Latta
William D. Latta (Billy), 78, went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 10, 2018 peacefully at his home.
He is the beloved husband to Barbara D. Latta and loving father of Dudley Latta and David Latta. Billy will be greatly missed by surviving family Patsy Latta Kelly, and her husband, Steve, and Tate Latta, and his wife, Libbi.
He is now reunited in heaven with his loving daughter Lisa Latta and his loving parents Milton A. and Georgia T. Latta. We imagine him in heaven shaking hands with all his family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Little River Presbyterian Church where he was a lifetime member.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Little River Presbyterian Church choir, 4211 Little River Rd. Hurdle Mills, NC 27541, or to Schley Grange Hall, 4701 Brock Dr. Hurdle Mills, NC 27541.
