Obituary of Patricia Redmond Elliott

Efland - Mrs. Patricia Anne Redmond Elliott, 68, died Thursday, December 26, 2013. She was a native of Leesburg, Va., where she lived for the first 16 years of her life. She married Thomas Elliott who was in the armed forces, the Marines and Army the first 7 years of marriage. She followed her husband as he entered into the ministry for the next 34 years supporting him and the church and caring for their family in Tennessee and North Carolina. She is survived by her husband Rev. Dr. Thomas Elliott; two daughters: Pamela E. Champion (Jimmy), Efland, and Nicole E. Phillips (Ricky), Efland; three sons: Mark Elliott (Wendy), Durham, Doug Elliott (Dorothy), Timberlake, and Paul Elliott (Dalisa), SC; 8 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother, Jessie V. Redmond and her brother Neale Redmond. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday in Walker's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Efland UMC Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:30-10:50 AM Monday in the funeral home.
