I always though of Chief Robertson not only as some that I work with within my field but as a dear friend. I never called Joe that he was not willing to help. He was a dedicated to the Fire Service and is going to be missed. I am going to miss him as a friend Robert Swiger Fire Chief Retired Town of Carroboro .
