Obituary of Elizabeth Wilhelmina HoTong

Elizabeth "Bettie" Wilhelmina Dorathea HoTong April 16, 1962 - April 14, 2014 Chapel Hill, NC Bettie HoTong, beloved wife and mother, passed away on April 14, 2014 at home in Chapel Hill NC, surrounded by those who deeply loved her after a courageous battle with cancer. She lived and died with beauty and grace. Bettie was born in South Africa on April 16, 1962, studied in South Africa and after completing her Diploma in programming, moved to the USA and dedicated her professional life to programming in the financial arena. She is survived by her husband Anthony HoTong, her two children Andrew and Rachel, her mother Troosie Bezuidenhout, and her three brothers and sister in laws Nollie and Maryna, Pieter and Rene and Joe and Tammy. Those she left behind are forever grateful and blessed for the light she brought into their lives. A memorial service will be held on Friday April 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Walker's Funeral Home, 120 W.
