How much I miss you Uncle Richard cannot be put into words. You were just one of those people that no one can ever take the place of. We all miss you but endless love you and your qualities. I'll never forget when you would give me a dollar when I was little to stand at the front door at family gatherings to be your Secret Service Agent. I tell you from the bottom of my heart, you were the best client I ever had. I love you, I miss you but I look forward to seeing you again. I know you are ok now especially being reunited with Uncle John and Aunt Helen so take care of yourself but don't give the Lord too much grief :). Like you said in your last statement, I hope you think of me from time to time and smile. I tell you honestly, through these tears is the biggest grin you'll ever see. I am saddened to learn of Richard's death. I knew him from our ECU days; I was a Little Sister for Lambda Chi and "Drogos" was one of my favorite brothers. He was in our wedding and I loved his personality, his caring heart, and his joy for life. I am keeping his family in my prayers-the world has lost a special soul. Gloria Yount Talley

I knew Richard from our high school years at Castle Heights in Lebanon, TN. He was always making me laugh. It's always sad to lose a good friend but his memories will last forever. My prayers are with his family.

Although Richard was our son-in-law for such a few short years, he will always be remembered for his loving and caring ways, his ability to make us laugh even during the hardest times for himself.
