Obituary of Frances Milliron Liner

ORANGE COUNTY CEDAR GROVE - Frances Milliron Liner passed peacefully in her sleep the evening of December 11, 2014. Mrs. Liner was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, whose life was guided by her deep Christian faith and filled with her devotion to and love for her family. Mrs. Liner was born in Clearfield, PA on September 3, 1924 to the late Luther and Arlene Milliron. She was married for 63 years to Gordon Liner of Cedar Grove, NC, who predeceased her in 2007. She was also predeceased by her three brothers, Wesley (Bud) of Snow Shoe, PA, James (Jim) of Carlisle, PA, Fredrick of Coudersport, PA; two sisters, Dorothy (Dody) Dungey of DuBois, PA and Mary-Beth Monroe of DuBois, PA and one son Keith Gordon Liner (Sue) of Hillsborough, NC. Mrs. Liner is survived by two sons, Chip Liner (Melanie), of Cedar Grove, NC and Johnny Liner (Sharon), of Kernersville, NC and one sister, Marian (Molly) Sprague of DuBois, PA. Also surviving Mrs. Liner are 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church on Sunday, December 14th at 3:00pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Paul bearers will be Robert Liner, Kris Fox, Keith Connolly, Casey Ellis, David Liner and David Brooks. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church building fund.
