I only met Wayne a couple of times, so glad we got to see him shortly before he passed when we took Haley our grandaughter (and his) to visit. So glad we got to talk about Jesus, prayed with Wayne as he accepted Christ back into his life. My last words to him were, "if I don't see you again down here, I'll see you in heaven. He said "ok". One day we will meet again Wayne, until that time, say hello to my family members and tell Jesus I can't wait to see Him.

I met Wayne a few times and shared a few laughs. Robert Butler and I would visit him at the VA in Durham. He was a strong inspiring man. Funny and always had a kind word. Elaine Hamm
