The Dixon's became residents of West Long Acres, Ocean Isle Beach, NC in 1999. We quickly discovered that we had the most wonderful across the street neighbors - Bill and Jean Cole from Chapel Hill. Bill could do it all outside and Jean could do it all inside - cook, make baskets, sew, crochet, grow beautiful roses - you name it and she could do it - and she shared her talents with all of us. From shopping antique and consignment stores to enjoying neat places to eat, Jean and I spent many wonderful hours together at the beach.. Going to OIB will never ever be the same for me. I will truly miss you dear friend.
