I Peter 5:10 says, "And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast." What a promise!! It really is true that our loss is Heaven's gain. Although many tears have been shed here on earth at the loss of Bobbie Lacock, in Heaven there was - and continues to be - a sweet, sweet song of celebration and victory! Her chains are gone! Bobbie is singing in the presence of the Almighty God! I had the privilege of knowing Bobbie and her family many years ago, and I am blessed by my friendship with her daughter Vicki today. My love and prayers go out to Leonard, Vicki, Mark and all of Bobbie's family and friends during this time. May all of you feel the presence of the Lord as He holds you close, and comforts and sustains you. Elaine Miller Clarkson

It is really true that when one of God's children dies, our loss is Heaven's gain. The tears shed here on earth at the loss of Bobbie Lacock were many, but the rejoicing in Heaven was - and continues to be - a sweet song of celebration and victory! She sings in the presence of the Almighty God! What a privilege it was to know Bobbie and her family many years ago, and to be blessed today with the friendship of her daughter Vicki! My prayers and love to all of Bobbie Lacock's family & friends during this time. May you rest in the arms of our Heavenly Father as you allow Him to comfort you as only He can. Hey Mom...a little while ago I checked on the place where I will say my final good bye to you or at least your earthly body. As heart breaking as that was, I realize that Wednesday evening, in a twinkling of an eye, you were changed into your heavenly body. I find peace and comfort knowing you are not longer sick, hurting or living in confusion. And you went to see Him who you have longed to see for so long. So for now, mom, I patiently wait until it's time for you to meet me at heaven's gate. After I admire how beautiful you are with your face all aglow from being in God's presence, you can take me to see Jesus! See ya later Mom.
