We met Pat during dental school around 1978 and she and John were our marriage counselors. She and John would go to dinner with us or have us over many times. They were the greatest host and hostess for so many fun events, with hidden pictures in their wall paper and coins pasted to dials for games of discovery and observation. Many wonderful memories of their encouragement and open arms for us. Her unwavering faith was a powerful testimony to our Lord Jesus. David and Jan Hoyle

I met Pat Jacoway at a Sunday School party in '87 after she moved here from Germany with her dentist husband John. It was thrilling to discover that we had grown up on the same street in Memphis, and had even attended the same schools in different years, but knew some of the same people. Our friendship grew over the years, always celebrating each others birthdays together with two others.She was a wise mentor and a great friend, whom I will miss very much. Jean Lesesne .
