Walker’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services has proudly been serving the Chapel Hill area since 1937, making us the oldest funeral home in Chapel Hill. Though our original location could be found on West Franklin Street, we have since opened a new facility on US HWY 15-501 North, conveniently located near several cemeteries, including Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery, Westwood Cemetery, and UNC Memorial Grove. Our Chapel Hill funeral home is a state-of-the-art facility featuring modern amenities alongside thoughtful touches, such as monitors throughout the building that offer a constantly changing assortment of beautiful art and our retention pond with a stunning fountain.
