Obituary of Cheryl Cates Senter

BURLINGTON - Mrs. Cheryl Cates Senter, 54, of Burlington, died Monday, August 26, 2013 at her residence following a brief illness. Mrs. Senter was born on July 1, 1959 in Durham County, daughter of Claborne Lee Cates of Durham and Bonnie Moore Cates Bartlett of Cedar Grove and wife of Chester Wayne Senter of Creedmoor. She was a member of By Grace Independent Baptist Church in Burlington. In addition to her parents and husband she is survived by her daughters: Catlin Senter and Ashley Senter, both of Mebane and Andrea Senter of Burlington; son: Jason Brogden of Durham; sister's: Pamela Cates and Teresa C. Harkness, both of Durham; brother's: Anthony Cates of Cedar Grove and David Cates of Durham. 6 grandchildren also survives. Graveside services will held 12:00 pm Friday, August 30th at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Durham. No public visitation is scheduled. Walker's Funeral Home of Mebane, 304 W.
