Obituary of Peggy Marie Wynn

Mebane Mrs. Peggy Marie Wynn passed away Friday, November 18 after failing health. She was born August 1, 1938 and grew up in the Caldwell Community of Orange County. She was preceded in death in 1980 by her husband, Lessie Wynn. Surviving are her children, Joy Stanley of Durham; Michael Wynn, Judy Wynn, and Paul Wynn, of Mebane; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary Pauline Hicks, Betsy Mangum, and Alma Prince; and Walter Parker. She is predeceased by two brothers: Robert Parker and Billy Parker. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Walker's Funeral Home Chapel of Hillsborough. Pastors Don Westbrook, David Hopkins, and Leah Rade. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Sunday, at Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough, and other times at the home of her son Paul Wynn.
