Obituary of Margaret Wagner Barbour

Durham County Durham - Mrs. Margaret Wagner James Barbour passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, unexpectedly at home. Born April 5, 1917 to John Minick and Mamie Jacobs Wagner She was predeceased by her parents, husbands Lester James and Walter R. Barbour, daughter Annie Lou Wagoner, and brothers Ira and Charlie Wagner. She is survived by son John W. James (Anita), daughter Evelyn "Winkie" Winn (Loyd), two granddaughters, Debbie Wagoner and Susan McConnell, three grandsons, Don Winn, Michael James and Jeffrey James and one great-granddaughter Melissa McConnell. Mrs. Barbour retired from Leggett and Myers after 30 years of service. Funeral services will be graveside at Little River Presbyterian Church by Rev. Stuart Milton Friday at 2 PM. Visitation will follow in the fellowship hall immediately following service. The family requests that donations be made to Little River Church Cemetery Fund.
