Shirley will be in our hearts and in the classroom with us. She had a smile that would not go away and a love for teaching others as well as a giving heart. We loved her stories of, you Bob, the love of her life, and her dear mother. Please let us know if we can help in any way during this hard time. We will miss her also. I met Shirley when she would drive Bob to our SSAN meetings and at a fundraiser we had. She has such an out going personality. She was a real 'trooper' and fit right in to our activities. I enjoyed our conservations so very much. I was very saddened to hear that she had passed. I will miss seeing her with Bob.

Shirley and her husband Bob were among the first people we met when we moved to North Carolina as they lived down the road from us. Shirley was always very generous of her time in answering our many questions about living here. After Bob's auto accident Shirley would drive Bob to meetings in the community and I would see her at those times and speak with her. She will be missed.

Bob: We are so sorry to hear about Shirley. Kavi, Ryan, Alex and I were remembering last night when you came out west and stopped for dinner. We had so much fun that evening. That was a wonderful trip you took. We have so many memories of Shirley that we will always reflect upon. We will miss her dearly. Especially, that devilish twinkle in her eyes.
