Obituary of Kathleen Glenn Robertson

Kathleen Glenn Robertson (91) of Carrboro, N.C., passed away peacefully at UNC Hospitals Palliative Care on January 18, 2012. She was a lifetime member of Carrboro United Methodist Church. Services will be held on January 21, 2012 at Carrboro United Methodist Church with visitation at 10am & funeral service 11am by Claire McKeowan. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents W. Brodie & Mary B. Glenn, brother Curtis Glenn, sister Christina Sigrist & her husband Joseph (Howell) Robertson Sr. She graduated from Chapel Hill High School in 1938, Croft Business School 1940 & University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1944. She is survived by her two sons, Joe Robertson (Frankie) of Florence, S.C. & Charles Robertson (Irmgard Maier) of Chapel Hill, N.C. Seven grandchildren, Joey (Angela) of Chapel Hill, N.C., Doug Robertson (Sandra) of Mebane, N.C., Beth Freeman of Apex, N.C., Nicole Robertson of Chapel Hill, N.C., Crystal Troutner (Gary) of Mebane, N.C., Michael Edwards, Jr. of Burlington, N.C. & Danny Collins of Hillsborough, N.C. 10 great grandchildren, Joseph Robertson IV, Carson Shatley, Stephanie & Kathryn Robertson, Alex & Walker Freeman, Kayla & Natalie Coore, Brianna & Jordan Troutner & many nieces & nephews.
