Obituary of Charlcy Overman Wilson

MEBANE - Charlcy Overman Wilson, 87, of 6205 Hebron Church Rd. Mebane, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012, after several months of declining health. A native of Orange County, she was the wife of the late Wilbert Wilson & daughter of Albert and Bessie Overman. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Wilson of the home, Gene Wilson & Lynn of Graham, David Wilson & Angela Powers; daughters, Betty Jo Hill & Tim of Mebane, Nita Wilson & Stephen Stearns of Burlington; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. She is predeaceased by her children, Patricia, Tommy & Wayne Wilson; brothers, AC, Wink, Leon, and Wyatt Overman; and a sister, Gaynell Coe Riley. The funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Wellford at Walker's Funeral Home, Hillsborough, NC on Wednesday, May 23rd at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Hillsborough Town Cemetery. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 22nd from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM and other times at the home of Kenneth Wilson - 6205 Hebron Church Rd. Mebane, NC.
