I was saddened to learn of Stan's death. It had been a while since hearing from him, but we had kept correspondence over many year. We attended a DU reunion in 1019 at the chapter house in Chapel Hill. My wife and I also visited at his summer residence in Little Switzerland. We enjoyed having Stan, Roberta and Stan, Jr. for a visit when young Stan was in Los Angeles. Stan will be sorely missed. Our condolences to the family. John & Mary Jo Dalton UNC 1959

Stanley is the Grandfather of my Grandson Jefrey Stewart Booth. I am soo very sorry for his loss. I wish the family fond memories and peaceful thoughts. Tarry in Dallas, Tx

I first met Stan about four years ago after I had the good fortune to get to know his daughter. Stan was a kind and generous man, and I count myself lucky to have know him for our all-too-brief acquaintance. I will miss him, and I will be forever grateful to him for the wonderful family he raised.
