Obituary of Jane Harris

Jane Harris, age 100, died on January 24, 2023. Mrs. Harris was born on May 10, 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late William and Marie Schumacher.  Jane went to Hughes High School the in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended the Cincinnati Art Academy. On April 26, 1942 she married Bennett Harris. Jane was an accomplished artist whose work was much admired by many. Survivors include her daughter, Jane Heitz; two grandchildren, Alexa Middlesworth and Nicholas Heitz; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bennett Harris, and her brother, William Schumacher Jr.
