Obituary of Becky Williams Lamb

Becky Williams Lamb, age 75, a long-time resident of Hillsborough, NC, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 22^nd, 2022.

She was born March 31^st, 1947, to the late Curtis and Evelyn (Brown) Williams and preceded in death by her brother Thurman Williams. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Tillman Lamb and her son Christopher Lamb.

After graduating from high school, Becky had a long career spanning multiple disciplines. She returned to school to become a certified insurance agent, then a quality control manager before finally retiring in 1998. Becky was an active volunteer within the veteran community and supported many animal welfare services and shelters.

Becky was a dedicated mother, wife, sister, and friend to many. Her presence filled any room she was in, and she touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a force to be reckoned with and the world will miss the laughter, joy, and love she shared with everyone.

The family requests that in lieu of other memorials, donations be made to veteran charities or animal shelters.

Walker’s Funeral Home in Hillsborough is assisting the family.
