Obituary of Betty Ann Johnson Birmingham

Betty Ann Johnson Birmingham, 66, passed away on October 22, 2022 at her home in Mebane, North Carolina. Betty was born on June 26, 1956, in Durham, North Carolina, to the late Lewis and Edna Johnson. Betty grew up in Lowes Grove, North Carolina.

Betty loved her family very deeply, and dedicated much of her time to the care of her parents before they passed.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Ellen Bell (Holden Bell) of Mebane, North Carolina, and her niece, Sandy Johnson of Fort Pierce, Florida, who she loved dearly, along with many cousins and friends who will all miss her deeply. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jerry.

There will not be any funeral services at Betty's request. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Paws4Ever in Mebane, North Carolina, in honor of her beloved cat, Líadan.

The family would like to thank Haven Home Care of North Carolina for their compassionate care, as they allowed us to help fulfill her wish of staying in her home.
