Tara was a beautiful, sweet soul. I worked with her at NCDOT. She was a good friend. Intoduced me to 'The Outlander' series and I've read them all. She gifted me with a signed copy of the first book for my 50th birthday. A very special gift. After I retired, we didn't see each other as often but exchanged texts. I always enjoyed our text sessions and hearing from her. Rest in peace, Tara. Thank you for being my friend and such a sweet person. ❤️

I knew Tara from DOT. I enjoyed our friendship. Tara reached out to me recently when we lost our son. She was so kind and supportive during our profound grief and sadness.
