Darrell and I were live long friends. Both grew up in OHO and started school at the same kindergarden continued until high school. There were many days we could be seen at his or my parents home. We went our separate ways after high school but stayed in contact with each other. We were like brothers. I'm so sorry for Janet and Kim losing their big brother but he is at peace now. RIP my friend.

Janet and Kim, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Darrell. My family moved into OHO when I was in sixth grade and Darrell was a constant in school - graduating in 1969, the same class as me. You probably don't remember me, but we also went to church together. Unfortunately, I lost touch with Darrell after high school, as so often happens, but I don't remember ever seeing Darrell without a smile on his face and he always had a kind word, and sometimes a laugh, for everyone. Praying for comfort for the family.
