Danny and Pam, I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember his smile and kindness from my summers as a kid I spent visiting with Madeline, Numa and my Aunt Sissy(your Grandma). Essell is With Numa now, I feel lucky to have known them and their families. I am sorry that I could not attend the service. I knew him for 50 yrs and he was a great neighbor. Plus anyone who restores old tractors is my hero. He will be missed on Damascus Church Road and the entire region. Glad I got to know him

Essel was a good neighbor to us . He was always ready to give a helping hand always had a smile on his face. His positive attitude was infectious. It’s true about Essels famous ice cream.
