Daniel and I spent a lot of quality time together on the golf course when I was a teenager. He passed along two nuggets of wisdom back then that have stayed with me. Once when we were talking about what constitutes success, he said “I’ve got my gun and my dog, and I play golf twice a week “, and once when I was expressing some concern that playing golf with my Dad wasn’t helping my game, he quickly set me straight with “What I wouldn’t give to be with my Dad again “. I will always value our friendship. May your fond memories of him give you comfort.

Sorry to hear about the death of Daniel. He will be solely missed. I am known Daniel most of my life.He was always nice to be around. My prayers go out to the family.
