I have lived next door to Arnold and Beverly for 13 years. We will miss greeting her and having her as our neighbor. As a fellow UNC retiree, I know that her service to the hospital and to the state off North Carolina was invaluable. We will be planting our annual garden in her memory. We will deeply miss Beverly. She had a deep love for her family and was always a joy to see at holidays. Our daughter could not have had a more supportive and loving mother-in-law. "Grandma" was adored by her grandchildren, and she adored them. She leaves a wonderful legacy of love for her whole family.
