Kathy was passionate about many things in life: among those were her love for music. She loved to sing and dance – from taking classes and performances to sharing her talent when the right song came on. Another passion of hers was making flower arrangements and wreaths. She even started a small business with it. Kathy enjoyed gardening, reading, and taking trips with her family to the mountains. Family was the most important aspect of life to Kathy. She leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Her faith in God was fierce and it shined through her daily.

The celebration of her life will be on Saturday November 14th at 2:00pm at the Oakwood Cemetery. There will be a viewing for family and friends before, from 10am to 1pm at Walker’s Funeral Home in Mebane.  In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance Caswell.
