Obituary of Louise Jones Scarlett

Louise Beaver Jones Scarlett, 94, died November 4, 2018.  She was a native of Hillsborough and attended the Orange County schools.  She married Ellis happily at age 16.  She enjoyed cooking for family and friends especiall;y her "biscuits".  Four children were born whom she loved very much as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

   Surviving are her children:  Ellis Scarlett, Sandra S. Melton, and Vann Scarlett (Lianne), grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her parents Lelia and Herbert Jones and her daughter Agnes Horton, 

  Graveside services will be held 2 PM Thursday at Scarlett Mountain Cemetery, Hillsborough.
